There are lots of concealers out there -- some of them leave you looking worse than before you used them. However, CoverGirl Smoothers Concealer works wonders. It goes on nice and smooth, gives you perfect control, coverage and is quite a bargain compared to similar department store products!
Not only can you use it for under-eye circles, it's also a good cover-up for any other spots or discolorations you might have. It blends like a dream, and I really can't recommend it highly enough.

I've used this concealer for years, and I swear by it. I have dry skin and dark circles. The Smoothers covers my dark circles and occasional blemishes without showing lines, creases, or cracks like some drier concealers.
