I first bought this product in Phoenix Arizona where I live a significant part of the time and the weather is very dry. So are winters in Minnesota. I love this skin care lotion as I have loved no other, and believe me, I have tried them all, even the most expensive sold in Spas all over. Not only is this a wonderful lotion, it smells like the Japanese gardens I have visited overseas, and never seems to smell so strong that people notice, other than a clean fresh fragrance. I am glad to find it on line. It should be sold in Minnesota.
